Physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to control (yoke) and still the mind, recognizing a detached witness-consciousness untouched by the mind (Chitta) and mundane suffering (Duḥkha). About the Instructor: Natalia Rodriguez Arango is a Colombian Yoga, Meditation, Breath & Stretch Therapist with over 1000 hours of training. Her passion for learning and sharing Yoga philosophy & history, drives her ongoing devotional studies on human psyche, spirit & anatomy. The root of her teachings is classical Yoga. Natalia invites students to pause, honor their body, listen to their energy & attune to their inner wisdom.
